It’s Official: Building to Be Imploded in ‘The Dark Knight’ Named Gotham General Hospital
It has been interesting to see photos come in as crews feverishly work to transform Chicago’s now-defunct Brach’s Candy factory into a living, breathing hospital for the purposes of “The Dark Knight”.
Based on information published here, Chicago photographer Kyle Telechan shot and sent me the most lucid images yet. This time, we can clearly see that Gotham General Hospital is the building’s name.
For the first time, we also see an image of the demolition company responsible for the action. These images were photographed on Sunday, Aug. 26.
I’ll continue to keep you updated on this historic event.
