Matthew Vaughn, who produced violent films such as “Snatch” and “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels,” said on Monday night at a “Stardust” screening and public Q&A in Chicago that his shift to directing the fantasy film was inspired by “having children”.The packed house gave his latest project a relatively warm reception.
