Report: Framestore CFC to Handle CG For Two Face in ‘The Dark Knight’
Brendon Connelly at film ick is reporting that Framestore CFC will be handling the CG effects for the character Two Face in “The Dark Knight”. Here’s his report:

I’ve been told by a rock-solid source that [Framestore CFC will] be handling the CG for Two Face in “The Dark Knight” with work due to start in earnest in November.
I mention this just so you know it isn’t an entirely makeup-based look.
But why not, I wonder? The only solid reasons I can think of are all mouth based: teeth showing through a wound, maybe, or impossible mouth movements.
